By downloading or using Smart File Manager - Organize, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App immediately.
The App and all its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Apps Bangle. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal use. You may not reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to extract the source code.
We welcome your feedback! However, please note that any suggestions, feature requests, or ideas you send to us (the "Feedback") are non-confidential. By sending Feedback, you grant Apps Bangle a perpetual, royalty-free, and irrevocable license to use, implement, and commercialize those ideas without any compensation to you.
The App may send push notifications for file management updates. You can manage these in device settings. You are responsible for any data charges incurred while using the App or third-party services (AdMob/Firebase) integrated within it.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. APPS BANGLE DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT DATA LOSS WILL NEVER OCCUR DUE TO SYSTEM FAILURES. ALWAYS BACK UP IMPORTANT FILES INDEPENDENTLY.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apps Bangle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App, including loss of data or device malfunction.
We reserve the right to discontinue the App or terminate your access at any time without notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Apps Bangle is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
