Terms of Use - Smart File Manager

By downloading, installing, or using the Smart File Manager - Organize mobile application (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App immediately.

1. License & Intellectual Property

The App and its original features, user interface, and branding are owned by Apps Bangle (PTY) LTD. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your mobile device for personal or internal file management.

2. Feedback & Suggestions

Any suggestions, feature requests, or feedback you submit to us regarding the App are non-confidential and grant Apps Bangle (PTY) LTD a perpetual, royalty-free license to use and implement those improvements without compensation.

3. Device Security & Local Storage

We do not require traditional user accounts. It is your responsibility to keep your device secure. Modifying your device operating system (such as rooting or jailbreaking) may compromise device security and app functionality.

4. Cloud Storage Integration (Google Drive)

The App allows you to optionally connect your Google Drive account to view, scan for duplicates, organize, and delete cloud files alongside local storage. Sign-in is handled directly through Google's official sign-in flow. You are solely responsible for any files you choose to organize, move, or delete in connected cloud storage accounts.

5. Referral Program & Subscriptions

The App may offer referral rewards and premium subscription tiers to remove ads and unlock advanced tools (e.g., SD card & USB drive management). Payments are billed via Google Play and governed by Google Play Terms of Service. Rewards carry no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. APPS BANGLE (PTY) LTD DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT FILE OPERATIONS WILL NEVER EXPERIENCE SYSTEM CRASHES OR DATA LOSS DUE TO HARDWARE OR OPERATING SYSTEM FAILURES. ALWAYS MAINTAIN INDEPENDENT BACKUPS OF IMPORTANT FILES.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apps Bangle (PTY) LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App, including loss of data or device malfunction.
